Rachel is such a great and understanding coach! She is SO much fun to work with and I look forward to our group every week. My group is amazing and we all get along so well and can be goofy while getting advice and getting to vent. I've never had a second thought about being myself in groups, there is absolutely no judgement. This group has been so helpful for me and I am so happy I've stuck with it for so long!
